dispatch of orders
We will make every effort to dispatch orders within five working days of receiving payment. You will be contacted if any delays occur such as items out of stock or delays due to mail services.

refunds and exchanges
If your purchase is faulty or incorrect, we will exchange or refund the cost of the goods in full. When sending a return, all we ask is that you send the item within 7 days of receipt in 'as new condition'. We regret postage and packaging cannot be refunded. Your statutory rights are not affected.

wedding stationery / bespoke payment terms and conditions
A 50% deposit will be required for all wedding and bespoke stationery. 25% of the original cost will be refundable if the order is cancelled within 14 days of receiving a deposit. We regret the deposit becomes non refundable after the 14 day period.

Full payment to be made 14 days before the delivery of goods.
