Thank you for visiting Clear Creations! Whilst you are shopping with us, we will do our utmost to make sure its an enjoyable visit and that you are 100% chuffed with your cards.

Now onto the boring legal jargon! It is however important and protects both us and you, so please read it carefully.

These terms and conditions apply to the site, www.clearcreations.co.uk. By visiting clearcreations.co.uk or by placing an order, you’re confirming that you’ve read these terms and conditions and agree to adhere to them in their entirety.  If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, it’s probably best not to use us.

We may update or vary our terms and conditions, so please check this page every time you order with us.

Retail Customers:

VAT - All retail prices shown are inclusive of UK VAT at the current standard rate of UK VAT.

PAYMENT - Payment must be received in full before the order is dispatched. We accept payment in Pounds Sterling and Euros via credit/debit cards (not American Express)

DELIVERY:

  1. The despatch date is the day we SEND the item you’ve ordered, NOT the day it will be delivered
  2. If any of the details you have given us in your delivery address are incorrect, we are not liable for any items which are not received.
  3. Delivery is free for all UK retail orders.

RETURNS - If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, a full refund will be given on receipt of the greetings cards in their unopened cellophane packaging. Returns may be sent to Clear Creations (RETURNS), Unit 9, Enterprise Building, Bernie Grants, Town Hall Approach Road, N15 4RX

Trade Customers

VAT - All wholesale prices shown are exclusive of UK Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current standard rate of UK VAT.

PAYMENT - For first orders, payment must be paid via a pro-forma invoice. For all other orders, payment is strictly within 30 days of invoice. We accept payment in Pounds Sterling and Euros via credit/debit cards (not American Express) via clearcreations.co.uk, or BACS to; Account number: 21078939 Sort Code: 54 21 07 and post to; A La Carte Business Services, 7 Mount Street, New Basford, Nottingham, NG7 7HX.

Goods will be dispatched once the payment/order has been received.

DELIVERY

  3. Delivery is £7.50 for orders under £120. Free for all orders over £120.
