Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on our website are in British Pounds (£ GBP) and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout. We offer Free UK Delivery on all orders over £35.

Subscriptions
Clear Creations offers recurring subscription options (such as 6-monthly or annual packages) for curated greeting card selections.
Billing: Subscription fees are billed on a recurring monthly basis.
Selection & Dispatch: Subscribers must choose their card designs by the 18th of the month for dispatch on the 28th of the month. If no designs are selected by the cutoff date, an auto-themed selection will be sent.
Cancellation & Pausing: You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal or by contacting customer support prior to the next billing cycle.
Shipping and Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders promptly using sustainably sourced FSC-board and plastic-free packaging.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Clear Creations Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs, or unforeseen external circumstances.
Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
