Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Depending on what subscription service you buy you will automatically receive 3 cards per month or 36 cards in one go.
You will be charged either £8.20 or £68.90. You agree to being subsequently charged each interval period according to your subscription (either monthly or annually). The renewal charging date will be the 1st day of your renewal month.
You may choose your own cards, but if you do not do so by the 25th of every month we will choose a selection for you.
Each month you have up until 25th at 00:00 (GMT) day to make your choices.
You have the option to add more cards to your subscription at any given time. You will be charged accordingly.
We will deliver to any address in the UK using Royal Mail.
Your cards are dispatched on the 28th of every month.
Delivery times may vary due to delivery address, and circumstances affecting delivery by the postal service.
We will not be held accountable for any delays of delivery outside of our control.
Any lost or damaged orders must be reported to us within 5 business days of the expected date of delivery.
Your subscription can be cancelled at any time. If you have been charged for the month, your cancellation will take affect on the following month/year.
Pausing your account
You can pause your account at any time.
Let us know how long you'd like to pause for and you'll not be charged for that time frame.
Your account will resume and be charged at the end of your paused month.
